Brokerages and companies don't register as their own entity on the platform — every agent has an individual profile, and reviews are tied to the agent who handled the transaction. If you run a brokerage or lead an office and want to see how your team appears here, the best starting point is each agent's individual profile. The reviews on those profiles are the primary signal consumers use when comparing agents in your market.

Reviews are tied to specific transactions handled by specific agents. A brokerage doesn't sell or list a property — an agent does. Registering a brokerage as a stand-alone reviewable entity would mean attaching client feedback to an organization instead of the person who actually represented the client.

That breaks the platform's core purpose: helping consumers find real estate professionals based on verified feedback about real transactions. The verified review record only works when reviews map to the agent who did the work — see the agent FAQ for the full verification rationale.
