Resetting your password and getting back into your account

If you can't sign in, request a password reset, and we'll email you a reset link.

If the email doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, open a contact request and include the email address on your profile so we can look into it.Agents found to be manipulating reviews or rankings — including posting fake or fraudulent reviews — are penalized under our Review Guidelines.

Editing your bio, photo, contact details, or service area

You can edit your profile yourself once you've claimed your agent account. Log in and make your changes from your dashboard. When you click Submit, the changes go live and our team reviews and verifies them.

A few rules to know before you edit:

  1. Profile photos must be a clear, professional headshot of the agent. We don't approve photos that include logos, text, or heavily stylized or overly bright backgrounds.
  2. Names must be your registered legal or professional name. Titles, team names, and company names are not permitted in the name field.
  3. Bio may include only your professional bio. Contact details and web links go in their own dedicated fields, not in the bio.
  4. Testimonials from other platforms are not allowed on your profile.
  5. The full rules are live in the agent FAQ if you want to read more.

I changed brokerages — how do I update?

Yes — you can update your brokerage yourself. Sign in to your dashboard, click Edit profile, and select your new brokerage from the list.

If you don't see your brokerage in the list, or if you have multiple agents on a team moving to a new brokerage together, open a contact request and include your current brokerage, the new brokerage name and office, and your team's profile URLs.You can edit your profile yourself once you've claimed your agent account. Why we don't change your name on the profile

Once your profile is verified, we don't change your first or last name or add additional names. Your name is part of your profile URL, so changing it changes the URL — and that breaks every existing link to your profile, including the URL Google has indexed. The result is lost searchability and lost SEO value on every share, badge, and review request you've already sent.

The same applies to team and company names — those can't be added to or swapped into your individual profile name. If you want a team profile, open a contact request and include your team name, the agents you'd like on it, and one of your existing profile URLs as a reference.

Why we don't delete agent profiles

Profiles are part of a public review record. They're created using publicly available information, sometimes by the agent and sometimes by members of the public, so consumers can read verified feedback about real estate professionals. Because of that, we don't delete profiles — removing them would reduce the transparency the platform exists to provide.

What we can do, depending on the situation:

  1. Deactivate the profile if you're no longer a licensed agent or are retired. A deactivated profile no longer appears in search results.
  2. Delete the profile in narrow cases only — for example, a duplicate profile, or a documented legal reason such as a private individual who is not a real estate agent.

I cannot login to my account

Got it — you can't log in. Here's what to do:

Use the "Send us a message" button below and provide:

1. Your name and city (as they appear on your profile)
2. The old email address on the account
3. The new email address you want to use

Our team will ask you a few additional security questions to confirm your identity, then update your email and let you know once it's done.

Do you have inquiries about your agent profile?

Please proceed to Profile & Account for more details.

No but please actually help this time. I was emailing back and forth previously to try to correct my account, regain access (I no longer have access to that email, plus I’m with a new brokerage), and then the emails just stopped and I never got things fixed

I hear your frustration, and I'm sorry the previous support process stalled. That shouldn't have happened.

I want to be direct: I'm a chatbot with access to help policies, but I don't have the ability to escalate your case to the right person or guarantee it won't get lost again. What I can tell you is that your account recovery needs hands-on support from someone with database access — not automated responses.

Here's what I'd recommend:

Email [email protected] directly with the subject line: "Account Access Recovery — Cherisse Peck, Abbotsford BC — Previous Support Stalled"

In the email, mention:
- You've been trying to regain access for a while
- Your old email is no longer accessible
- You've switched brokerages and need your profile updated
- Previous emails went unanswered

Being explicit about the previous breakdown will flag this as a recovery case that needs immediate attention rather than a routine request.

I know you've already been through this once. This should get you to someone who can actually fix it.

I changed industries — can I change my profile from Real Estate Agent to Mortgage Broker?

No — if you're changing from Real Estate to a different industry, such as Mortgage or Insurance, you'll need to create a new profile for your new business.

Reviews, rankings, badges, and awards earned as a real estate professional cannot be transferred to a different industry. Your new Mortgage or Insurance profile will start fresh, allowing you to build a reputation based on your mortagage or insurance services respectively.

If you've already begun working in your new industry, email [email protected] directly with the subject line: "Profile Category Changes". Include the following details in your email:

  1. Your name
  2. A link to your existing profile
  3. Your previous and your new profession (for example, from Real Estate to Insurance Broker)
  4. Your new company or brokerage information

Our team will help you create your new profile.
